Yes! All important details of the rental conditions are recorded in the contract. The contact is signed by both sides.

According to the rental agreement, the arrival and departure day is fixed, so you can move in between 4 pm and 6 pm on the day of the rental start. We will gladly try to make an earlier check-in possible if necessary. We need an if possible, exact arrival time on your arrival day. However, if you book spontaneously and want to move in on the same day, we need some time to prepare the apartment and we will inform you as soon as possible about the time of handing over the keys.

The minimum rental period at Tante Emma, is one week.

You will receive the booked parking card from the SRTI employee, together with the apartment key.

The card looks like a check card and is held directly at the designated place on the ticket machine at the entrance to the underground car park, so the barrier opens and you can drive into the underground car park and choose a free parking space. When you exit, repeat the procedure, put the card back on the designated place and the barrier goes up.

The rent already includes additional costs, including free internet use.

The description of your apartment specifies exactly how many people it is equipped for.

The apartments are barrier-free. However, the entrance to the shower is a bit high. Please discuss your needs by e-mail, WhatsApp or phone, we will discuss together whether we can fulfil your individual needs.

Approval must be obtained prior to arrival. The animals must be house-trained and inconspicuous. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee is due, as additional cleaning is required. Any damage to furniture caused by the animals will be deducted from the deposit.

You are welcome to have a visit to your apartment if you follow the room rules and the room volume. Celebrations in the apartment are prohibited. Overnight guests must be registered. Possibly, a surcharge is required.

The building in which the Tante Emma apartments are located is in the middle of the city center and borders directly on the pedestrian zone.

Yes, provided the machines are free. Please note that you take your laundry out of the machine immediately after the washing / drying cycle has ended, so that the machines are free again for other guests.

The rules are consideration and understanding on the normal human level. (Limit TV / music / conversations to room volume).

Please throw your rubbish in the designated bins.

When using the toilet, small rules must be observed, as it has a lifting function (motor) and therefore, in addition to normal toilet use, only toilet paper should be thrown in.

Failure to follow this rule will usually clog the toilet. It will no longer be possible to flush the toilet or use the shower. In this case, a plumber has to come and manually remove the „culprit“ from the motor. This will incur extra costs.

Ventilate your apartments, but do not keep the doors and windows open for long periods with the heating on in cold temperatures.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. If your apartment has a balcony, you can of course smoke there. While smoking, however, the balcony door must be closed so that cigarette smoke does not enter the room.

There is an underground car park directly behind the Tante Emma building, which SRTI can use to offer you a discounted long-term parking card. This costs extra and must be booked in advance. The car park can also be used without a long-term parking card at the regular cost. There are also other parking spaces with parking tickets in front of the building and on the other side of the street.

The deposit and rent are due from the signing of the accommodation contract.

In case of non-payment of rent and deposit within 2 days after signing the contract, we reserve the right to cancel the accommodation contract. This will incur a processing fee in the amount of 30.00 €.

In case of non-payment after the beginning of the rental period, we reserve the right to cancel the accommodation contract. This will incur a cancellation fee in the amount of 100.00 €.

For long-term bookings (stay over several months), the rent is in each case two weeks before the start of the new rental month to transfer.

The amount of the deposit depends on the length of the rental period and differs according to the size of the Tante Emma-Apartment. You can find out more under the respective apartment.

The deposit serves as rental security and security for our inventory and furniture and will be fully refunded if the room / key handover is successful.

– On weekdays until 6 p.m. you can check in independently with a key code that you will receive from us, the keys will be on the table.
– On weekdays after 6 p.m., on weekends and holidays you must collect the keys from the office at the key box with a code.
– In case of emergency, the keys can be handed over in person by appointment.

This is possible at any time, provided the apartment has not been rented to someone else. It is therefore important to notify us in good time.

The WLAN – password is stored in every Tante Emma-Apartment. The SRTI-employee will show you the location upon arrival / handover of the keys.

Before arrival and on the day of departure. Usually once a week for longer stays. We will make an appointment with you beforehand.

JAt the beginning of the rental period, our employee will give you our office and mobile numbers, which are also stored in each apartment.

In this case, SRTI has provided intranet access data for customers, with which you can simply log into our customer portal via your mobile phone. When using the discount, you can use it to identify yourself and show it to our partner’s staff. The staff will then confirm this or grant the benefit.

If you move out before the day of departure stated in the rental agreement, there will be no partial refund.

The apartments can be cancelled any time. We generally charge a one-time processing fee of 50 euros.

The reimbursement is graded according to the time of the planned start of the rental agreement.

Cancellations with more than 30 days before the planned start of the rental agreement will not be charged except for the processing fee.

From 29 to 7 days before arrival, fees amounting to 50% of the rental price will be charged.

Cancellations less than 7 days before the start of the rental period will be charged with a cancellation fee of 75% of the fixed rental price.

Cancellations on the day of arrival or before the end of the rental period will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the fixed rental price. In this case there is no refund of the rental price.

The deposit will of course be refunded.

– On the day of moving out they must move out by 11:00.
– The room must be left clean.
– You must take or dispose of your food from the refrigerator.
– You must dispose of your remaining trash.
– Photograph the key and remote control and send them to us by WhatsApp.
