SRTI not only transforms real estate into „Hotel Mama„, „Tante Emma“ and „Onkel Tom“ apartments, but also rents them out on a long-term basis to solvent tenants in a conventional manner. The renting is carried out according to specially developed processes, suggesting the smooth running of the rental process. A change of tenants therefore takes place almost without vacancies and with little effort. Due to the standardized leasing process, the profitable use of the real estate is certain for SRTI.

Once a student himself looking for a shared room, the founder of SRTI GmbH did not find one in his time. Lucky for him, he found someone who let him sleep on the couch. Students from Germany and abroad share the same experience every year. If the long search of a shared apartment was successful the students have to look for furniture on Ebay, etc..

Why don’t students just rent apartments in the university dormitory?
This is usually completely occupied and also hardly affordable. Students also have to get the furniture on their own.

SRTI has the solution to this problem. We offer apartments near the university. Students can book a furnished room including shared bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, internet and cleaning service. You don’t have to worry about anything and you live in a shared apartment with other like-minded students.

„Tante Emma“ is the big sister of Hotel Mama. „Small store – big heart“ is proverbially true for Tante Emma and also for our Tante Emma real estate project.

It is difficult to find accommodation in the city center. Especially, if one is subject to time restrictions for professional reasons or for vacation purposes. Buying furniture, getting internet etc. is not profitable and a hotel room is often too expensive. The solution is Aunt Emma. We offer furnished apartments in the city center. „Onkel Tom“ is the third real estate concept of SRTI. Onkel Tom is aimed at fitters, interns, students and people who are only in Paderborn for a short time and therefore do not want to rent a whole apartment. Set up on the model of an adventure area, you can rent a room at Onkel Tom from a period of one week. It is even possible to book one of Onkel Tom’s rooms from a three-day stay via Booking.com and Airbnb.

The Difference between Hotel Mama and Tante Emma

Unlike Hotel Mama Onkel Tom is more flexible, because you can stay with him from one week. The Difference between Onkel Tom and Tante Emma is that you can rent a single room from Onkel Tom. From Tante Emma you can only rent a whole apartment wich can be am advantage depending on your financial situation and your personal wishes.
