We review the documents equally and if more than one interested party meets our requirements, we follow our „first come, first served“ rule.
With each rental agreement, which is also available in English or French as required, we simultaneously hand over the linguistically assigned house rules of the property management and point out that coexistence always works well if the rules are observed. In order to stay in contact with our tenants even after they have moved in, they can always reach us via WhatsApp. This way, both parties always stay up to date.
Since we are currently living in a special time, where many things are in a state of upheaval and many people no longer know what to do next, cohesion is one of the most important principles. At least for us! For example, as landlords, we do our part by forwarding the necessary documents for housing subsidies and granting installment payments in case of payment difficulties.
