Paderborn is the smallest big city in Germany. Nothing going on there? You thought wrong. The city is in constant change and you should be part of the new projects.

You are interested, need a room to stay for a short time and are looking for the combination of comfort, easy booking and an attractive price? Then the best thing is to stay in one of the rooms of my apartment „Ozeanien“.

I prefer guests who are assemblers, project workers, interns and businessmen. You don’t belong to any of these exotics? – No problem, I will gladly make an exception for you. 

Everyone who wants to stay with me is welcome. You can either stay in a double room with balcony or in 3 different single rooms. Kitchen, bathroom and guest toilet are shared with the other guests of the apartment. The rooms are named after exotic Ozeanien plants. They are called eucalyptus, grass tree, nikau palm, kava. The kitchen, the individual rooms and the bathroom are of course fully equipped and cleaned once a week by the cleaning staff. Bed linen, towels, dryer sheets and various hygiene items are ready for you.

In contrast to Aunt Emma and Hotel Mama, I am more flexible, because you can stay at my place even form three days (via Booking.com and Airbnb). If you plan to stay longer, I will gladly give you a discount.
