Step 2 If you click on the reservation button for your desired room, you are automatically on our reservation page, where you follow the instructions. Very important! Please make only one reservation. Multiple reservations do not increase the chances to get a room at the Hotel Mama. If you want to be sure, transfer the deposit for the booked room immediately after making your reservation.
Step 3 After the reservation you will receive a confirmation E-Mail from us. Please read well and transfer the deposit to SRTI. The account details can be found in the reservation confirmation…or
Step 4 …if you want to pay the deposit in cash, visit us in our office, Heisenberstraße 17, 33104 Paderborn from 9am to 6pm. Please note that in case of cash payment in addition to the deposit, the first rent must be paid. We will issue you a receipt for the payment.
Step 5 Of course, we also allow viewing appointments Please send us your request via E-Mail: hotelmama@srt-i.com and we will inform you about the viewing.
Step 6 Once the deposit has been received in our account, you will receive a message from us about the payment and we will block the room for you. From that moment you have a room in Hotel Mama, and you can relax until the move-in date.
Step 7 If all the requirements have been met, we will send you an appointment by E-Mail to sign the contract at the Hotel Mama. With the contract you get from us also the owner certificate, which you need in addition to the contract for the registration in the city, the apartment keys and other documents for your room. As at home, there are also rules in the Hotel Mama, which we would like to recommend to you, so that the interaction with each other and with SRTI employees works wonderfully.
Step 8 If all the requirements have been met (copy of your Identity Card, Visa/Residence permit and a copy of your admission letter or student ID, per E-Mail or WhatsApp), we will send you an appointment by E-Mail to sign the contract at the Hotel Mama. With the contract you get from us also the owner certificate (Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung), which you need in addition to the contract for the registration in the city, the apartment keys and other documents for your room. As at home, there are also rules in the Hotel Mama, which we would like to recommend to you, so that the interaction with each other and with SRTI employees works wonderfully.
Step 9 Please make sure that your bank account is covered for the monthly rent so that the SEPA automatically works flawlessly on the 2nd of every month. For booking again we will charge 15 Euro cancellation fee.
