In the same way we understand temporary workers and fitters who want to live more cheaply but do not want to give up certain advantages. For these and other reasons, SRTI has fully furnished all apartments with everything a woman/man needs to live, so all they have to do is pack their suitcases and laptops and off they go to Paderborn.
The unique thing about Hotel Mama, however, is our staff, the „Mama’s and Papa’s. They give every Hotel Mama resident an individual feeling of home and homeland. This addition cannot be paid with money and therefore it is free of charge.

Ein wunderbarer Ort für einen Studenten, um in einem voll ausgestatteten Zimmer und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche zu wohnen. Packen Sie einfach Ihre Tasche und ziehen Sie ein. Sie müssen sich um nichts anderes kümmern. Meine Erfahrung war bisher großartig. Bus Haltestelle sind nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Ich kann nur empfehlen.
Very nice place to live, You will find a good community here and quite working/study hours at the same time. Very much affordable for new people and the University is just 7min by bus. Everything is furnished and set here. So this will be a great place for starting a new journey.

Das Appartement ist hell, sauber und ist mit allen Dingen ausgestattet die man benötigt. Ankommen und Wohlfühlen ist Standart. Das Außergewöhnliche: Bei der Ankunft steht Wein, Bier, Naschen und Obst bereit, auch für das Frühstück ist vorgesorgt. Es ist Ferienwohnung PLUS. Ein weiterer Bonus: SRTI GmbH hat ein Netzwerk von verschiedenen Kooperationspartnern. So erhält man als Gast/Kunde viele Rabatte und Vergünstigungen in Restaurants, Fitnessstudio, …

You can also send us a WhatsApp message to Hotel Mama number 0176/55794704. We invite you to join our WhatsApp group „Hotel Mama“, where we will inform all interested parties when the visit will take place. We ask you to refrain from constant requests.
For the start of the rent we have two dates, once from the 1st of a month and once from the 15th of a month.
Please note that the rent must be paid no later than the 3rd working day of each month. I.e. depending on your rental contract you have to pay the rent at the latest 3 working days after the 1st or 15th of each month.
Please note that we prefer a SEPA mandate. If you want to pay your rent monthly in cash, then we charge a handling fee of 5,00 € each time.
However, if you pay three rentals in advance in cash, you will not be charged any further handling fees!

Check-in to Hotel Mama is only possible on weekdays until 19:00 at the latest! It is not possible to check in on holidays and on the weekend. It is also very important that you let us know at least 1 day in advance when exactly you are coming. If you call at short notice, i.e. 3-4 hours before your arrival, it may happen that no staff member is available at such short notice. In the worst case you will have to book a hotel in Paderborn for one night.
If you arrive after 19:00, you have to book a hotel for one night in Paderborn.

Infringements constitute grounds for dismissal.
In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 15 €. For payments via SEPA direct debit, please ensure that the account has sufficient funds. If the direct debit is returned, a processing fee of 15 € is also due. If the payment is delayed by 10 days, we reserve the right to charge a reminder fee of 15€. For late payments of 20 days we reserve the right to charge a reminder fee of 30€. Repeated delays in payment are grounds for termination.

You can move into a larger room with a higher rent at any time (upgrade). Moving to a cheaper room is not possible (downgrade).
We charge 30 Euro for the room cleaning of the previous room and another 20 Euro for the processing fees (new rental contract, certificate of accommodation etc.) So in total 50 Euro.
Yes, there is a consultation hour. This always takes place on Thursdays at 12:00 in the Hotel Mama.
As a rule, the heating system is turned on only on 01.October. When using the heating, please note that when you heat, the windows are closed.
As a rule, quiet hours apply from 22 – 6 o’clock. This means you should give a little consideration to their fellow residents and reduce the noise level.

You will receive the exact cancellation date with our cancellation confirmation.
If the room is returned properly and without damage, you will get the deposit amount back after receiving the service charge statement. As a rule, the service charge statement is issued in the following year in September, whereupon the additional or reduced costs of consumption are offset against the deposit. The remaining deposit or additional payment is repaid or claimed in October/November.

If you would rather move out and offer us one or more suitable new tenants who are not yet available for another room, this and the potential new tenant(s) will be examined and decided on a case-by-case basis.
