SRTI GmbH is a startup company founded in 2018. SRTI standardizes and digitalizes the real estate world not only in the area of services, which concerns buying, selling, management or support services, but also works continuously on other projects. Three of these projects are Hotel Mama for students and Tante Emma as well as Onkel Tom for guests, project workers, assemblers and businessman.

The emergence of the Hotel Mama, Tante Emma and Onkel Tom projects resulted from the idea of combining the acquired properties with their own service packages. There is great market potential for this. The development of Hotel Mama, Tante Emma and Onkel Tom was relatively simple, but the digital conception of the individual areas into the daily operations and rental processes, required a maximum of experience, which we used as a stimulus for further development and implemented. Through our acquired high-tech presence in standardization and digitization, we simplified the rental processes to a minimum.

„Hotel Mama“ is an all-round carefree living concept for students from all over the world and lets them travel light to Germany. Furthermore, the parents save time and money on furniture and can sleep in peace, knowing their „children“ are in good hands at Hotel Mama, far from home. The shared rooms in „Hotel Mama“ are equipped with everything, including furniture, pillows, comforter as well as the corresponding bed linen. All kitchens are fully equipped with cooking pots, dishes, cutlery, microwave and dishwasher. In the basement there is a washing machine for each apartment and twice a month all Hotel Mama apartments are cleaned by the cleaning staff. For repairs of all kinds, replacement of light bulbs, etc. we have a Hotel Mama-technician who is responsible for all technical matters and takes care of all necessary repairs, as well as a Hotel Mama manager who provides assistance within a short time. Heating, electricity and internet are of course included. The students only need to move in. If they wish, they can also be picked up from the train station or the airport. If necessary, the students can always write to our office via WhatsApp, for example, if they have questions in official matters. Through our training concepts, each employee has been precisely specified and is able to provide competent answers according to SRTI standards. Thus, all students experience a uniform, friendly treatment and they receive competent information or help. Above all, SRTI offers short service channels from the very beginning. Hotel Mama – apartments and shared rooms are all similarly equipped and differ only in size.

We have noticed that some people tried to copy „Hotel Mama„, but it is not that easy. SRTI employees are constantly working to equip our digital platform with the latest technical standards. So even students on the other side of the world are able to book free rooms easily. In any case, it is a fact that students move out after 1.5 years at the latest, or often postpone or even cancel move-in dates (experiences during the Corona pandemic). This makes a lot of work and costs not only time, but also money and nerves. SRTI found a digital way to overcome these hurdles and to further professionalize the project.

In the meantime, we have cooperation partners who are technically linked to SRTI, so that the entry procedure proves to be a simple undertaking, at least for the students who choose „Hotel Mama“ in Paderborn. So they can do other things before entering Germany, true to our motto, „More time for the good life“.

„Tante Emma“ is mainly for vacationers, project workers as well as for businessmen. However, according to our experience so far, it is also suitable, for example, for tenants who are looking for a comfortable rental alternative for an indefinite period of time due to water damage in their own four walls, or to serve as a cozy reception center in Corona times, for those who do not know where to go after a heated partner dispute until the dust has settled. Recently we have a lot of bookings for employees from the logistics & food companies.

Tante Emma Apartments are simply a wonderful living alternative for everyone who likes to live in a cozy atmosphere like at home, but at the same time do not want to miss the advantages of a hotel. The hotel advantages are e.g. a weekly cleaning of the apartment, regularly clean towels and bed linen. The special thing about Tante Emma is that each apartment is named after a capital city and equipped accordingly, such as Sydney, San Francisco or Cape Town.  To make the whole thing meaningful, there is information material about the respective capital city in each apartment and a lot more. In order to further expand this successful project, we are looking for rental apartments in the city center.

By gaining experience, we worked tirelessly on digital opportunities, so that we can continue to build Hotel Mama, Tante Emma and Onkel Tom without problems and great effort, but for this we need more real estate. To be able to buy these, we need investors. Investors who are not only financially strong, but open for new innovative ideas with potential, and who above all share our passion for real estate. We find our customers through our own SRTI portal, popular online portals and by „spreading the word“. The response is so great that we can’t help but expand.
